Brice Engineers believes its commitment to quality, safety and environment has been one of the key factors to its success and has a management system based on the AS/NZS ISO 9001 standard. A project specific quality management plan is prepared for all major contracts and audited as work proceeds. All in-house design is checked and certified by independent consultants as part of our quality management system.

Site specific safety management plans are prepared for all significant contracts. The plan requires that all employees participate in a safety induction prior to commencing work. Training is provided in the assessment of risk, use of personal protective equipment, work methodology, and safe handling and operation of tools and equipment. Safety audits are regularly carried out by the project safety manager and/or site safety representative to ensure compliance with the plan.

Environmental Management Plans are also prepared and address important environmental concerns such as the protection of cultural heritage, storage and handling of hazardous goods, demolition, protection of flora and fauna, noise, dust control, control of runoff and recycling or disposal of waste.
